Terms of Service

01 Execution Constraints

Initializing or otherwise executing Elpkg constitutes an absolute agreement to the parameters set forth herein. If these operating procedures are unacceptable, connection to the service must be terminated.

02 Access Protocol

We issue a temporary, non-exclusive protocol to execute the Elpkg interface. The software, algorithms, and interface mechanics may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or redeployed under an alternate identifier. Generated outputs (patterns, PNGs) however, operate under an open usage model for your projects.

03 SLA & Fault Tolerance

The generative framework is deployed "as-is". While we strive for absolute uptime and zero-latency rendering, we offer no warranties—implicit or explicit—regarding the precision or continuous availability of the algorithmic systems.

04 Operational Liability

Under no system state will Elpkg or upstream providers accept liability for anomalous data loss, project delay, or structural failure deriving from the utilization of our generated assets.

05 Output Licensing

The patterns you architect and export through Elpkg belong to you. We claim no intellectual property over the generated artifacts, enabling you to integrate them flawlessly into commercial or personal deployments.

06 Protocol Iterations

These terms are subject to dynamic patching. Continued synchronization with our servers post-update constitutes your agreement to the new framework parameters.
